Heather brings something truly special to Forget Me Not First Aid.
As a Helm for the RNLI, she leads lifeboat crews and has extensive real-life experience saving lives at sea. In high-pressure, unpredictable environments, she is responsible for making calm, decisive decisions when every second counts.
That level of experience shapes how she teaches.
Heather understands what it means to stay steady in a crisis. She brings that same calm, grounded presence into every training session this enables learners to feel reassured, capable and supported.

Forget Me Not First Aid’s newest addition is Rosie; combining her background in healthcare with her passion for supporting families, schools and workplaces.
As new mum herself, Rosie understands how overwhelming first aid can feel, especially when it involves children. That’s why her training style is calm, practical and confidence-building. No scare tactics. No unnecessary jargon. Just clear guidance and hands-on learning that sticks.
Rosie believes first aid should feel empowering, not intimidating.
