This was an excellent first aid course. Not only was the written content broken down and made easy to understand, the delivery by Heather was pitched at the exact level to ensure that both new students to first aid and those receiving a refresher were equally engaged. The approach focused on the practical elements of the First Aider role, combined with the technical knowledge required for students to take their skills into the workplace with confidence. I would recommend this course as a must to anyone requiring first aiders within their organisation. Thank you Heather.
We’ve been working with Heather for many years now, and she continues to be an absolute asset to our college community.
